...the organization's overall internal information technology architecture for an Oracle/ PeopleSoft HCM environment.
The position will lead the application change control board to prioritize and define requirements for system enhancements and technical resources.
Required Skills:
- 15+ years experience, past 10 years working with major PeopleSoft systems, particularly HR/NA Payroll.
- Experience with PeopleSoft v8.8 or later.
- 5+ years manager level experience (10 to 15+ IT professionals)
- Strong project management experience (project estimation, planning, budgeting, tracking, and status reporting)
- Full lifecycle implementation experience (including hands on experience)
- Strong oral and written presentation skills.
- Sarbanes-Oxley experience.
- Six Sigma is a plus.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience.
